I tried yellow stopper top coat on my nails the other day after reading how well it worked on Sally’s web site. It claims to prevent your nails from yellowing, makes nail polish chip proof, gives you a high gloss finish and it says it seals your nails. I tried it over my clear polish to see if it would take the yellowing away from smoking like I had also read that it would do. All though it did take some of the yellowing away, it didn’t take the yellowing out to the extent that I thought it would. It does give your nail's a high gloss finish, but most clear polish can do that on its own. As for it helping prevent chipping, I’m not sure if it can help with that yet because I haven’t had it on long enough to tell. How ever so far I’m pleased with what it has done and would recommend it to anyone that finds their nails turning a yellowish colour.
