Super yummy!

I love this because it is an alternative to regular other branded Mac and cheese. My son barely eats anything but he will eat bowlfuls of this. He loves it! #gotitfree

pretty decent alternative

It was pretty tasty and the noodles were of good quality but the cheese sause was a little clumpy and hard to mix but other than that it is a pretty good alternative tto hte classic for sure

Yummy mac and cheese

We tried our second Annies mac and cheese today and it was just what i expected. I'm still not sure about the bright orange colour of the powder mix but it looked a more natural colour when cooked. I feel better that i am using a quick meal that has organic ingredients.

Classic taste

This mac & cheese has that classic taste you remember from childhood. It's cheesy and creamy and easy to make. I did however find the sauce a little runny so would use less milk next time (or simmer for longer). Overall a good product.

Tasty but pricey

I received this product for free in exchange for my review. It was quick and easy to make. We used 1% milk and butter. Small portion though, really only enough for one adult or two small children. I liked that it was 80% organic and my son really enjoyed the flavour. We went to the store on our next grocery trip to buy it, and at $3 a box for such a small portion, I just don't know if your average family can afford that. Luckily it was on sale for $2 so I bought a few.

Kids loved every bite of it

My 2 kids, one a picky eater ate the whole box between the 2 of them in one sitting. Great tasting, Great ingredient list and mom is happy! I wasn't sure if the picky eater would go for it but I told him it was same as KD but healthier and he didn't seem to mind. I will buy again and use this product as a better alternative to the other stuff. I did receive this product free to try in exchange for my opinion.

Tastes like it's home made!

I have a picky son that won't eat anything that has sauce on it and so I thought I would try this out and see if he would like this. Well.. he loved it! He was asking for seconds and I would gladly make this for him again. I had a bite of this and the flavour was rich and creamy. Definitely would be buying this from the supermarket to feed my child again. I am thankful I got to #trythisforfree from Family Rated.

It Really Is Yummier Than Ever!

My family was selected to try ANNIE'S HOMEGROWN CLASSIC CHEDDAR MACARONI & CHEESE for free in exchange for our honest thoughts and opinions and we all loved it! Easy, quick sides are a staple in our household and we were excited to see if the new and improved formula really is "Yummier Than Ever!".

Spoiler alert: It was! We have tried Annie's Mac n Cheese in the past and we have enjoyed it every time. We love the Annie's brand because they use 80% organic ingredients as well as work with trusted suppliers to source ONLY non-GMO ingredients. I love when food tastes good, but I also love when I can feel good about feeding it to my family. The new formula tastes even more cheesy and delicious then the previous recipe did and we enjoyed every bite right down to the last noodle. The Mac & cheese is so simple to make and comes together in under 10 minutes so even the "hangriest" of kids (or parents) don't have to wait to long! The product claims to also be more creamier but unfortunately we did not find that part to be true.

As always, the flavour was delicious but I found the sauce to be really runny. 1/4 cup of milk was far too much and the runny cheese sauce all sank to the bottom of the pot and hardly coated the noodles at all. We each ended up spooning the sauce on top of our noodles after they had been divided. I would recommend using the eyeball test and just adding the milk to your preference. Also, making the cheese sauce in the warm pan AND THEN adding the noodles after did not work. The cheese sauce became all lumpy and clumpy and then getting it to mix properly with the noodles after was quite the task. It is far easier to add the butter, milk and cheese sauce into the warm pan WITH the noodles instead.

Overall, this product was really delicious and based on taste alone, I would purchase this again. However I don't find it overly creamy and there is quite a bit of trial and error in making what should be a rather simple side dish. I can find it in my grocery store for anywhere between $2-$2.50 which is decently priced for an organic, non-GMO product. I don't think I will replace my current side dishes completely but I will incorporate this into my lineup for sure!

J'ai essayé ce produit gratuitement grâce au Family Rated Club. Nous avons adoré le goût. Nous l'avons même trouvé plus goûteux que le Kraft ordinaire. Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'acheter des produits bios mais je vais peut-être faire exception avec ce macaroni. Il remplacera sûrement le Kraft à notre table.

My kids really enjoyed this mac & cheese. They said it was creamier than other brands and tasted cheesier.

Personally, I found it to be no different than any other boxed mac & cheese. The flavour and texture was the same. I would buy it if the price was the same as other brands but would not pay more for it.
