I started the AOL Magnesium in my and I finished the bottle in early August. I have had a better sleep pattern than before. I also find that my joints are less achy than previously.

Great supplement

This magnesium supplement from AOR is of great quality. I really noticed a difference in my sleep quality after a couple weeks of taking this. The capsules are a bit bigger but as long as you can swallow pills you shouldn't have any issues! Highly recommend.

A staple in my supplement intake
