Great supplement

This magnesium supplement from AOR is of great quality. I really noticed a difference in my sleep quality after a couple weeks of taking this. The capsules are a bit bigger but as long as you can swallow pills you shouldn't have any issues! Highly recommend.

Great overall product, helps with sleep

So far I love that this is a Canadian product and contains magnesium complex that is good for overall health. I have found an improvement in my sleep patterns and that was my main concern when trying this product. I would recommend and am grateful I received it as a free trial.
