Easy to Use

I'm lactose intolerant but I do love a variety of milk products. Sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese; all cheese to be exact. However I hate the bloating, nausea and pain that comes afterwards. I haven't tried it with ice cream yet (which is the WORST for me). But I've definitely noticed a difference in how I feel with all other foods.

Very effective!!

I’ve been having a lot of digestive issues lately. Foods that I used to be able to eat are now giving me lots of problems! It’s mostly been happening when I eat dairy combined with fiber. I end up feeling very bloated and have a lot of trapped gas pain! Believe me, it is not a great feeling! I’ve started taking Digestase when I have a meal that I know will cause me problems, what a difference!! I do not feel bloated and have absolutely no gas pain! The capsules are also very easy to swallow.

Good Digestive Supplement for High fodmap/lactose

I personally liked it, found that it helped relieve bloating and gas for when I had fibre and high FODMAP foods like broccoli. I think overall, just less stomach issues is what I noticed. I also took it because some dairy lactose products give me stomach discomfort and I think it's helped it a bit.

A Great Supplement to Help you Debloat

I tested this product when I ate meals high in carbs and legumes. I noticed I felt less bloated after consuming the tablets. I love how these are made in Canada and available at most health food stores. This will be a great addition to the supplements I already take.
