I have used this Magnesium supplement for a month now and seen great improvements in my overall wellbeing.

I started taking AOR Magnesium Glycinate mainly because of muscle tightness and soreness after long days and workouts. After using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I noticed my muscles felt less stiff, especially in my legs and shoulders, and I was getting fewer nighttime cramps. I also liked that it didn’t upset my stomach the way some other magnesium supplements can. I usually take it in the evening, and it seems to help my body relax and recover better overnight. It’s definitely more of a gradual improvement than an instant fix, but for muscle recovery and tension relief, it worked really well for me.

Best magnesium supplement on the market!!

I’ve been taking this supplement every day about 30 minutes before bed and it’s helped me immensely to fall asleep and stay asleep! I’ve noticed I’ve been handling and managing my stress levels in a healthier and calmer way since starting these supplements as well. Will definitely be repurchasing!!!

Happy muscles!

I just got back into working out and I feel that these supplements have helped with not being so sore the next day. I like that they're vegan, non GMO and don't contain gluten so that pretty much anyone can take them. I'm curious to see if I notice any differences after finishing the bottle. I did find the capsules to be quite large, which might be an issue for some people. I'm happy to say that there weren't any adverse side effects like upset stomach.

Best I've tried yet

I am in perimenopause and am dealing with sleep disruption as well as constant muscle aches and pains. This product has been helping better than anything else I've tried to date! I also love supporting local, this will definitely be my ongoing magnesium purchase

Magnesium Capsules

I am generally not a huge fan of capsules but since they are flavourless I still gave it a try. Have not noticed anything major but the capsules are a bit bigger than I would like. I like that these are vegan and gluten free. I hope this helps with maintaining my muscles function.

Good-bye Glute Pain!

I regularly have issues with cramping and tenderness in my left glute muscles from home Mat Pilates. I tried various different things to help combat this, but not much seemed to help. Within 4-5 days of starting this supplement, there was a very noticeable decrease in the muscle pains I had been experiencing. If I do happen to overdo it and trigger those muscles, the pain doesn’t last nearly as long and isn’t as intense.

I have also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. I’m taking up less throughout the night, and feel more rested when I wake up in the morning.

I’m very impressed with the results! I also love that it’s Gluten-Free and Canadian made.
