AOR MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE BENEFITS

I have used this Magnesium supplement for a month now and seen great improvements in my overall wellbeing.
I sleep better and deeper, am able to do more chores with lots of energy without tiring out easily and my heart feels better. I use to have muscle cramps which has greatly improved after being on AOR magnesium glycinate.

I just got back into working out and I feel that these supplements have helped with not being so sore the next day. I like that they're vegan, non GMO and don't contain gluten so that pretty much anyone can take them. I'm curious to see if I notice any differences after finishing the bottle. I did find the capsules to be quite large, which might be an issue for some people. I'm happy to say that there weren't any adverse side effects like upset stomach.

The product is easy to use and incorporate into my daily routine. The capsules are a bit on the large end but are easy to swallow. I feel it is calming and I believe it will help improve my health and will continue to enjoy it.

Magnesium Capsules

I am generally not a huge fan of capsules but since they are flavourless I still gave it a try. Have not noticed anything major but the capsules are a bit bigger than I would like. I like that these are vegan and gluten free. I hope this helps with maintaining my muscles function.

Supplement that works!

Have been trying this about a week now and a couple things to note!
- Does not have an awful taste like some capsules
- Oddly enough helped with some sleep issues (must be that muscle tension relief)
- No side effects, stomach issues or any of that stuff
- Canadian!!!!!!
Overall has been working well and I will continue. Give it a try yourself as all AOR products are backed by science.

Better Sleep

I had been trying magnesium supplements that made my stomach upset. These I take before bed and I have found a difference in my sleep pattern as well as my muscle aches. I want to give it a few more weeks of use but so far happy with the supplements. Canadian brand is great. Although have to take two or three a night so I will go through them fast.

A great addition to my routine
