    Not Bad

This is my first time trying a magnesium supplement. It does have a very light lemon flavour but I personally did not like it plain. Once I mixed it with a water enhancer or into juice, I couldn’t taste the product at all. It dissolves okay, I find there is quite a bit of sediment at the bottom of the glass. I personally haven’t noticed any benefits or changes in my health as I haven’t been using this product for very long. I prefer to use this before bed since magnesium makes me tired. I do like that this is a Canadian brand Overall, I will continue to use this product to see if I can notice any more benefits.

Excited to see if I can benefit

After discussing with my specialist and going over what it can and cannot do to help my condition, I was given the ok to try AOR Magnesium Synergy out to see if it can help some of the muscle problems I experience. While I haven’t been taking it long enough to see any noticeable benefits yet, it's so far easy to tolerate and incorporate into my daily routine. I like that the formulation has added electrolytes to support my health and wellbeing.

For long-term use, I’m not sure whether the powder format works for me better than an oral supplement. I don’t love the taste, and the powder settles in the bottom of the cup if you don’t drink the entire glass immediately. Since I prefer to sip my drinks, I end up mixing them multiple times to keep the powder all mixed, which isn’t ideal.

    Are you lacking energy?

Are you lacking energy? So am I. Doing research I started looking into magnesium supplements and ways to incorporate it into my daily life. I know I wanted to support a brand that is Proudly Canadian and backed by science.

Introducing AOR Magnesium Synergy. It has a new and improved formula that is gluten free, sugar free and has a refreshing lemon flavour.

Magnesium Synergy helps maintain proper muscle function, energy production and metabolism. Who couldn’t use a little help with a mid afternoon pick me up?

As a busy mom I am always looking for ways to boost energy levels, especially when I am lagging from missing a good nights sleep or even not always eating the proper way. So I found a way to get a boost of energy while supporting my metabolism.

I mix two scoops of lemon powder in with a cup of water, stir and drink. The lemon flavour is refreshing and hydrating. Drinking it just makes me feel good. That I am doing something for my body and health and not returning to bad habits and picking up some fast food.

The con that I did find was that the effects did not last as long as I would like. My boost of energy lasted about 90 minutes where I would hope it would’ve lasted longer. I also did not enjoy the after taste of the drink and felt that the drink crystals did not dissolve completely.

Will I continue to drink it? Yes. Would I repurchase? No.

    Would you try it?

Taste issue, but still an ok product

I tried AOR (Advanced Orthomolecular Research) Synergy Magnesium for a few days. The format is practical and a good value since the serving size is small and the jar equals about 30 servings. It’s also proudly Canadian, which is nice.

That said, the taste really wasn’t for me. I’m very sensitive to the flavor of artificial or alternative sweeteners and the aftertaste was hard to tolerate. This is just my personal preference — others might not mind it at all.

If taste isn’t an issue for you, the format and dosage make it a cost-effective option to consider.

I received this product free of charge for testing purposes. Thank you #aorhealth and #butterly for the opportunity to try it.
