Subtle Support, Hard to Measure Results

I’ve been taking this mainly for NAD+ support and overall cellular health. I like that it’s a standalone NMN formula with a moderate dose nothing overcomplicated, and easy to add to my routine. The added antioxidants are a nice bonus too.
That said, I’m not sure how much of a difference it’s actually making. I haven’t noticed any major changes in energy or how I feel day to day. It may be doing something behind the scenes, but it’s hard to tell.
Overall, it seems like a solid, straightforward product. Just don’t expect dramatic results right away.

New Year, Same me, New healhy habits!

I have been reading a lot about NAD+ lately and wondered if it would help boost my energy. I tried looking for supplements to order, but it was very confusing. as there are so many option out there. The ingredient list is straightforward - 600 mg of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide.
The label explains that nicotinamide mononucleotide is a NAD+ precursor which helps to maintain NAD+ levels that naturally decrease as we age. AOR's research indicates that NMN 600 helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and can improve physical performance.
I take one pill a day, with or without food. I have just begun this new supplement - and a excited to see how I feel after taking it for the entire month.
