I haven’t noticed a difference after taking these supplements for a couple of weeks. You have to take three capsules a day, which seems like a lot. They are larger capsules that have to be swallowed whole. I like that they are gluten-free, vegan and Canadian. AOR products are backed by science and are available online and at your preferred health food store.
