Zinc that doesn't leave me with nausea

I found this product to help with my digestive tract so it depends if you suffer from certain things. This has also been useful during cold and flu season for my immune system. The problem sometimes is that you can over supplement in zinc which leads to copper deficiency so this has helped balancr this out with the added copper to prevent this from occuring. Everyone in my household was sick when I took this and somehow I was the only one whom didn't get it, I'd like to say that this product helped make this happen. I also find when I take zinc it typically makes me feels nauseous so I don't take it and this wasn't the case here, finally something gentle on m stomach.

I also love that this is a Canadian made brand with heat ingredients, it's definitely a company yo can stand behind for my pharmaceutical needs
