Found this lip balm with hydrating oil in Dollarama a year or so ago and it is the best!
It is very light and goes on smooth compared to alot of other lip balms.
The oil is great too. It is not real greasy and works wonders on dry chapped lips.
I used to turn my nose up to dollar store finds but because of products like this with great prices to match ( 2 pack of lip balm for $1.25 -- same thing was $3.95 at walmart) it is becoming my go to before anywhere else!
*This is for the round tubes of the balm
I pick a duo pack of this from Dollarama (Canadian/Ontario Dollar store chain) for a $1.
Have been using it for a few years, and it is something I do keep coming back to.
I love that its cheap, meaning I can buy a few, and stash them all over the place.
(So I don't have to worry when I do end up losing it lol)
I find that on my lips it is hydrating enough. I can slick it on at night to wake up to smooth, flake free lips, creating a great canvas to apply other products for the day.
The downfall would be that it is a little on the small side (product wise), but I always get through them and buy more.
The winter is usually my worst enemy when it comes to chapped lips. To date the only product that had worked for me was a hemp product from the body shop, which was slightly more expensive than regular lip balms, but I was willing to pay more for quality.
That is until I received a four pack of Aquafina Lip balms for Christmas as a stocking stuffer.
This lip balm is fantastic. It goes on excellently, no chunks. It lasts what seems to be double the time that regular lip balms do, and it is amazingly moisturizing.
I would definately recommend this product to anyone. It has a gentle smell, that isn't harsh, and leaves your lips feeling soft and full, and sooths the burn of chapped lips!
I love this product!!
Aquafina Lip Balm - love this product! The price is excellent and the quality is great. I like the fruity flavors, but mint is probably my overall favorite. I love the cool minty taste and this product really does moisturize your lips. I have problems with chapped lips in the winter and Aquafina lip balms really helps.
The flavor the texture the smell the result = Pure satisfaction.
I have never had a lip balm that worked so well: Ever!
One minor negative comment though: To get the full results, you must reapply ever couple hours or so to achieve fuller, more beautiful lips.
Besides that, it is marvelous!
you could get this thing in walmart. it comes with 4 tubes of different lip balm "flavors". the smell fantastic, only around $2, thin like soft lip's, and leave that refreshed feeling on your lips. its worth it.! also, im a person who always loose my chapstick n this is great since it has 4(:
This is my favorite Lip Chap right now. It goes on super smooth, it is REALLY moisturizing, and it leaves my lips hydrated for hours. I love the flavors/scents it comes in. The minty one is usually my favorite because it leaves the lips feeling cool. I love that it is not sticky, or chalky like some low quality lip balms. I also like the fact that the packaging is square, not round like most stick balms :). I would recommend this product!
Now that the cooler weather is here, the wind has really made my lips chapped. I stopped by the dollar store and picked up a double pack of Aquafina lip balm. I have never tried it before and thought I would give it a try. To my surprise it works very well. It is not waxy like chapstick and it has a mild mint flavor that leaves your chapped lips feeling relieved and tingly!!
