I was doubtful when I bought this at Sharper Image because the idea seemed so simple and it seemed too good to be true. After all, a totating tip that could remove all the dead skin from the bottom of my feet is just what the podiatrist ordered, especially after trying everything under the sun. When I got the Heel Smoother home, I found two batteries, popped them in and went too town. I was amazed to see the dead skin literally fly in the air (disgusting, I know) but that's what happened. It took about two minutes for each foot to bring my feet back to life. Now my feet LIVE again. I finished it off with the topaz cream...which has the best aroma. My Heel Smoother now sits in my night table where my anti-wrinkle cream use to be. Now, at least, I have found something that works.
