No remedy about it

This product made my hair dry and damaged over time. It just started to....flake off! I gave it a chance, and used it for a few months to see if maybe it took some time. Nope, just didn’t have the cleaning agents in it to clean my hair, so I had to shampoo twice. And I don’t even shampoo my ends! Just the run-off was enough to dry out my hair. Brushing it after? Forget about it! I used it exactly like the directions (followed by the conditioner or mask!) and still an awful result for a lot of money.
