Great for Everyday!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
This was perfect for everyday, it’s lightweight and didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. It didn’t irritate my skin like some sunscreens have in the past and I love that it’s fragrance free as well. Sometimes SPFs can be over powering with scent but this one was not.

As far as the hydration goes, I like the fact that it's not oily
I didn't give it five stars because it leave a white cast on my dark skin.
Works great when mixing with liquid foundation.

Lovely tinted SPF but with one big flaw

I absolutely loved how this SPF was tinted which helped in giving my skin an overall unified look, however, I noticed that if not thoroughly blended, could leave streaks all over the face. That's its biggest downfall unfortunately. You need to make sure that it is properly worked into the skin especially around the jaw and neck. It's a great SPF though and I'll continue using it on days when I have the extra time to make sure there are no patches.

Best face moisturizer that I’ve tried in years

This cream hydrates my skin so well. It has a very nice texture and absorbs easily. I took it with me when going down south on vacation and it protected my skin from the sun better than any sunscreen. Highly recommended!

Leaves your skin so moisturized

Cuts my routine down, by making one step my moisturizer and my spf. It doesn’t have a strong smell and it leaves my skin moisturized and having the perfect amount glow while also protecting my skin.

Fragrance-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, dye-free, alcohol-free, and non-comedogenic, which means it won’t clog pores or cause breakouts."

I was excited to try this as I love how it claims to be free of the things, I don't like in my skincare products; fragrance, dyes, alcohol etc...but was sadly let down by this product.

I will say that it does have a light fragrance that smells like oats. I tried this product for a few days but found it really heavy on my skin and it didn't even my skin tone at all. If you do not use primer, it does not go on smoothly and is hard to blend on your face. Instead of being lightweight, it made my skin feel like it had a coating on it.

I didn't like this product at all and stopped using if after 5-6 days.

Very Good

While I tend to love Aveeno products, I have to admit that I was hesitant when it came to the new Aveeno® Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30. I tend to like my sunscreen and my moisturizer as separate products, but that is more of a preferance than any kind of rule. The other thing that gave me pause is that this is a Mineral SPF, and I really haven't had any good experiences with Mineral SPF's as a WOC. So when this arrived on my doorstep, I opened it with some trepidation, but I am happy to report that after using it for a week, I am pleasantly surprised.

First, this is supremely gentle and non-irritating to my skin and eyes. That is a huge thing for me because sometimes my skin decides to act up and Aveeno has provided another product that won't irritate it in the form of the Aveeno® Calm + Restore Daily Moisturizer with Mineral SPF 30. I've said that I typically don't have good experiencnes with Mineral SPF, and they usually tend to leave a white cast on my skin. This is 100% not the case with this product. While there is a bit of a tint to the product, when it is rubbed into the skin, there is no white or grey cast left behind on the skin. This is hugely important to me as a WOC because not all products containing sunscreen were made with us in mind. It's a huge relieft to be able to apply this and re-apply it as needed and not have to worry about looking like a powdered doughnut.

While I do tend to like my sunscreen and mositurizer as a separate product, I can't deny the convience of having both in one. It really makes the reapplication of sunscreen throughout the day easier. It does kind of act like a bit of a primer on my skin. I'm not sure that it's actually evening out my actual skintone, but it does help to make my skin into a smooth canvas and my skin looks good bare, or with a full face of makeup. There is absolutely no pilling when I wear it under makeup and it doesn't rub off on my clothes when I am wearing it on it's own.

I have super dry skin, so the only improvement would for it to be more moisturizing. Don't get me wrong, this does provide mositure, but I tend to like a lot of moisture, particularly in the harsh winter months. This would be perfect for warmer weather as it is 100% non-greasy and won't leave your skin looking like a glazed doughnut.

My skin loves it!!

This product was gifted to me for free by Butterly to try. I was on the fence about trying it. Most sunscreens for the face are greasy and clog my pores but this is extremely light weight. None greasy and lays well and blends under make up. Canadian winters are harsh on the skin but yet still so important to wear sunscreen. This was moisturizing without causing any break outs. I love aveeno products and this did not disappoint. A new staple in my skincare routine.

Great Moisturizer with SPF30

I love the quality of this moisturizer as it developed to blend into all skin tones especially with  UVA/UVB protecting skin against sun damage. It's not sticky compare to other sunscreen product after applying it on your face. I find it's gentle and safe on sensitive skin like me which is suitable for all skin types and tones. It's lightweight, non-greasy, provide soothing all-day moisture and won’t clog pores or cause breakouts which are all my needs. Also it can be used under makeup or applied on its own. This is so good and become my latest update  skincare routine. This is a great 2 in 1 product and I am so satisfy with it.
