Awesome Natural Cleanser

This Aveeno cleanser for sensitive skin is wonderful. It feels creamy and soothing when you first pump it into your hands, so you know that it will work great. I use this every night to wash my face and I have noticed that my skin feels soft and smooth with no lingering redness after I wash. The only thing I don’t like about this product is that every few days I do get some small pimple like bumps on the apples of my cheeks. I’m not sure if it is due to one or more of the ingredients, or my pores. Besides this issue, I highly recommend this cleanser if you have combination or sensitive skin.

It’s a very light and good cleanser. This cleanser for sensitive skin so it’s very light. This is doesn’t foam like other but definitely works. No harsh or drying and no smell so really good.love the part after clean my skin with it my skin feels hydrated and not that much dry so this cleanser that,I love to used it for my morning routine.

Unimpressed...

Unfortunately I have nothing really positive to say about this product. It was disappointing. It's effectiveness or lack there of in the cleansing of the skin properly after wearing a days worth of make up SUCKS! I could literally feel the residue it left behind. And this wasn't even a foundation I was wearing. It failed to remove a tinted moisturizer with a light dusting of powder and blush. I had to follow up with a cleansing pad after I washed using Aveeno. It is milk based as well. Which in my opinoin aren't as effective in make-up removal as it's counterparts. Gel and or foam.

found a perfect cleanser!

I've been looking for a perfect cleanser since im aging and having a sensitive skin, and i got aveeno facial cleanser which is very gentle,fragrance free,my skin feels supple and soft after wash perfect for morning routine,it doesn't foam and has a thick consistency but cleanses perfectly,probably will be part of my everyday facial skin care!

Good For Dry Skin

I received this ​Aveeno Calm + Restore Oat Cleanser for free to try in exchange for my honest review through Butterly #gotitfree. This is a really good cleanser if you have dry or sensitive skin. It is pretty different from other cleansers on the market. This one does not suds up or foam. The texture is like a melted cleansing balm or oil. I was impressed by how easily it washes off even though it has that milky cleansing balm texture. It is very hydrating and gentle. At the same time, it does a good job a washing away any dirt, dead skin or oil. I prefer to use it as part of my morning routine. I like locking in the hydration at the start or my day. It also leaves my skin very soft and smooth which is the perfect prep for my makeup application. If I use it at night, I use it as the second step of a double cleanse. After a long day of wearing makeup and sweat I do still prefer to use a foaming cleanser first and then follow up with the Aveeno Oat cleanser. The one thing I'm not a big fan of is the scent, it is fragrance free so it kind of smells a little oat like and grainy. It's hard to describe but the good news is it doesn't smell for long, the scent doesn't linger. I also love that the bottle is made of at least 30% post-consumer recycled plastic and you can buy ecofriendly refill pouches for it as well to cut down on plastic consumption. I have dry skin so it worked well for me but it might not be strong enough for people with oily skin.

Worked for my Sensitive Skin!

The texture of the cleanser is smooth, gentle and is not sticky.

It has a very subtle smell of oat (a key ingredient) which some people may like, but I am personally not a fan of. However it's not something that will deter me from purchasing it.

I have a sensitive skin, use a strong cleanser and my face will dry out. Use an uneffective one and I will have a pimple breakout. When I started using this 4 days ago, it neither dried out my face nor caused a breakout which is amazing! I use it 2x a day...in the morning and before going to bed. Not harsh on my face. Will definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a very, very gentle cleanser.

Gentle and effective

I’m a girl who loves scented products except when it comes to my facial cleanser. I have particularly sensitive skin so I was so excited to try this #freeproduct! My skin feels clean, fresh and still moisturized. It doesn’t feel like I’ve stripped anything but the dirt away. I think it’s fantastic

Gentle on the skin

This has a cream / gel texture which i really liked and enjoyed. It feels really gentle on the skin. Doesnt lather when in contact with water but gives the skin a good cleanse without overdrying it. Skin feels really soft and supple on rinsing it. The cleanser feels suitable for every skin type and adapts seamlessly to every season

Soft, Cleansing, Calming Facial Cleanser

I have tried the Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Facial Cleanser for a few days now, and I think this is great. It's not too abrasive for my sensitive skin which tends to flare up red when I use harsh face washes. This cleans my face well enough, but doesn't leave it feeling too squeaky clean. Usually, it means your natural oils were stripped from your skin, and that can cause problems. Overall, I think this will be my go-to face wash in the upcoming future!
