I apply it in the morning and before bed. I have to admit, I didn't think it was going to work. But I noticed that the dark circles under my eyes seem to be a lighter and that the 'bags' under my eyes are slowly going down.

I can't speak about how this product reduces puffy eyes as I don't have puffy eyes often. I can only speak about it's effectiveness on dark circles. I would say I'm on the fence about this product. Upon applying the cool, wet, gel like substance to the under eyes I do see some brightening effect to my under eyes immediately. But the brightening effect is not significant that people around me notices...it's just me that notices a slight difference. I personally don't think the roller ball should be use under the eye area since it is such a delicate area. I think the ball would cause a lot of tugging and pulling which I do not want under my eyes! I wouldn't go out to purchase this product again nor do I recommend it.

I received a bottle of the Aveeno Fresh Essentials free. I am very happy with this product and will be purchasing some when this one is finished. I think it does what it says it will. And that makes me feel better about going out and looking my best.

Love the way it made my eyes feel refreshing in the a.m. when I put it on.

I use this product whenever my eyes are puffy in the morning. I have noticed that my eyes are a little brighter after using this for a few months. This product is good for puffiness however if you get any product in your eyes, it will sting like crazy for a few minutes! I think this product is decent at getting rid of puffy eyes but I don't think it is the best drugstore product for this purpose. I will not be repurchasing.

I think this product works well if you use if as prescribed. It reduces puffiness under the eyes and leaves the skin looking fresh and moisturized.

Love the product. Within a couple of days I could definitely see a difference with the way my eyes looked. Puffiness was minimal and darkness under eyes seemed to fade considerably. I Love the way it is cool to the eys when applied, very refreshing. I use it everyday. Love love love it

Received this in a sample pack and really love it and it works but you need to use it everyday for the rest of your live to keep the result. Great product

I loved this product...it did help to tone down the tired looking eyes and took away puffiness.The only down side for me with this product is that it was a little harsh on the sensitive skin under my eyes and caused some dry spots. I still love it though!
