I have mixed reviews about this product. Although it did help reduce some of the puffiness, it wasn't a drastic change to make me want to keep buying this. The dark circles did not improve, but I did enjoy the cooling effect it gave my undereye area. It felt very soothing. Great if you want to try something new, but don't expect it to perform miracles.

It does work to wake your eyes up but to me no more then splashing water on your face... better off with an eye cream that does more.

I bought this because I was looking for a quick fix to minimize the bags/puffiness under my eyes. Unfortunately it didn't really do much for me. It left a wet, sticky feeling under the eyes but I didn't see anything else different. Would not recommend.

I didn't really get the point of this product. It didn't do much for me, so I guess it's just a princess product and is more for cooling purposes. I didn't notice much reduction in puffiness, and the liquid that rolled on wasn't very nice. Just meh!

I got this product in the Healthy Essentials box and it was the first time I was aware that such a product existed so I was looking forward to using it. I like the cooling feeling of the metal roller if feels like it will help with the puffiness in the morning but I can say for sure if it really does work because I didn't see any drastic change. I don't have problems with dark circles but I don't think I would actually go out and buy it.

I have to say this works zero for me. I got this as a sample for me to try and i try it for a month and i didn't see any improvement. I do like the metal rollie because it gives a cooling effect but that is the only think I like about it and that metal rollie is now on most eye product.

Nope. I have dark circles under my eyes, so much so that I switched back to glasses to mask them. This has a metal ball roller that applies the liquid and then wait a few minutes for it to evaporate. I didn't see any change whatsover and don't recommend anyone spending money on this one. It was just as effective as dabbing on lotion with a finger... it makes you feel better b/c you're being proactive but it's a placebo effect. If you do use it remember to shake it every time like it says to.

I can't speak about how this product reduces puffy eyes as I don't have puffy eyes often. I can only speak about it's effectiveness on dark circles. I would say I'm on the fence about this product. Upon applying the cool, wet, gel like substance to the under eyes I do see some brightening effect to my under eyes immediately. But the brightening effect is not significant that people around me notices...it's just me that notices a slight difference. I personally don't think the roller ball should be use under the eye area since it is such a delicate area. I think the ball would cause a lot of tugging and pulling which I do not want under my eyes! I wouldn't go out to purchase this product again nor do I recommend it.
