Not very hydrating

I found this moisturiser to be more of a sun screen masked as a “daily moisturiser.” It doesn’t provide much moisture if at all and leaves my skin feeling parched. The product sits on the surface of your skin, much like a pure sunscreen would and leaves a white filmy cast all over. Watch out for dry patches - they will be much more pronounced with the white cream sitting on top of it. I guess this is an effective SPF product but fails to be a moisturiser.

I found that if I didn’t rub it in really well it left my skin feeling a little greasy but once I made sure it was completely rubbed it I didn’t notice it on my skin at all

Loved it!

I received the Aveeno Ultra-calming daily moisturizer with SPF 30 as a sample from Chick Advisor. I have used it solidly everyday since I’ve gotten it and I’M TOTALLY IN LOVE! After I’ve finished washing my face, I put on this moisturizer and it’s a little on the thicker side but spreads out so nicely, isn’t oily at all which is beautiful in itself and I love that it’s SPF 30 since I burn so easily in the summer. I will absolutely be purchasing Aveeno ultra-calming moisturizer again after I finish the sample. My skin is softer than ever and super never dry anymore!! Love! Love! Love!!

LOVE the silky feel

I was chose to try Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer with SPF 30. Thank you Chick Advisor and Aveeno for the free full size samples. I love how it makes my face feel after I use it. I definitely will be adding this to my list of products to buy. I love that is has SPF 30 added to help protect my skin.

Another solid Aveeno Product

I have used different Aveeno moisturizers before and this was was no different - another solid drugstore option for a good moisturizer with an SPF. I found that it provided a good coverage and didnt leave my skin feeling like there was “too much”. It will be good moisturizer to use as the weather continues to warm up...plus the SPF!

Not Calming for the Skin

I received this product as part of the Chick Advisor Review Panel. It did not meet my expectations. Though the scent was great and it didn't seem overly greasy (which is my concern with most SPF products), I found that it started tingling on my skin and then prompted my eyes to start watering. I don't know if it was the SPF, which often bothers me in face products, but my eyes burned and got watery when the moisturizer was near them. Aside from that, it moisturized pretty well and didn't feel too heavy.

I need to use a daily moisturizer because I am prone to dry skin, especially in the winter. I found this product to be effective in hydrating my skin. I found this product to last a little bit longer than my regular moisturizer, so depending on the cost I will probably switch over. I also like that it has spf 30 to protect me skin.

I would purchase again

You can't really go wrong with Aveeno. Their products are hypoallergenic and are good for sensitive skins like mine.
I also love that there is an SPF 30! A lot of daily moisturizers only have 15, which essentially does nothing.
