I am a big fan of Becel. I use this oil on a regular basis. I feel it has better quality ingredients and its lighter than a lot of other oils. It doesn't have a strong taste at all so it doesn't change the taste of the baking or stir frys.
Thid oil is my go to. It does cost a bit more than the average oil but it is so worth it, for the heath benefits and its better for you. The taste is good also

I like this product very much and use it quite often for frying, baking or whenever a recipe calls for it. I find a little bit goes a long way. Becel Canola and Sunflower Oil works great when frying because nothing stuck. The same can be when baking.
