Great spot treatment

We were quite grateful to be able to try the new Benzagel Acne Gel for free from Chickadvisor! Having suffered from acne from preteen years right up until now (almost 40) I have always been interested in new facial products that claim to help. My daughter suffers from the same fate so we decided to let her have a go at it! By applying the gel before bed she was able to see noticeable differences in the redness and “angriness” of many spot pimples on her forehead. The gel aided in drying them out much better than various home remedies we’ve tried (including the toothpaste method) and even other expensive products in specialty stores! Although you really do have to stay with the routine to see the full benefits (which can be challenging for those that want to see immediate results) I do recommend this product. Perhaps testing it on a small area if you have sensitive skin would be advisable as some redness did occur at first but went away quickly for my daughter.

Worked well

I really liked Benzagel Acne Gel. It seemed to work quite well. It didn't leave a film on my face like other products do. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers with acne.

It works great

This watery like gel wash is really effective at targeting unwanted friends. The medicine in it isn’t harsh and doesn’t irritate my skin. It leaves it feeling refreshed and noticeably healthy looking.

Highly Recommended!

I received this product free for my daughter for testing purposes. She used it for four weeks.

Her face was full of acne, she has tried alot of diffrent products and Benzagel 5 was the one that cleared up her face! She always washed her face first as suggested, she used micellar water. Then immediately applied the Benzagel 5. Also using as suggested twice a day, it will benefit you.

She was scarring her face with popping pimples. Within a week she noticed it clearing up fast. She didnt experience any dryness or redness.


My son also just started with acne, he now too is using Benzagel 5, we had to buy another tube.

I would highly recommend this to anyone having issues with acne.

Must Have Acne Remedy!

I received the tube approximately 4 weeks ago, and i started using it immediately. This is my first time using benzoyl peroxide in gel form, and i believe it works better than the cream type ones from other brands.

I would like to say that like other products targeted towards treating and curing acne, results won’t be instantaneous at all times. One application, wouldn’t be enough to treat one pimple especially slightly bigger ones. Continued use, accompanied with a good skin care regime, would increase the chance of its effectiveness.

In my experience, it took approximately 3 days of continued use to flatten out and reduce the swelling of one big pimple. It’s also a good in preventing upcoming pimples, i just put a tiny amount on spots that feel tender and spots that i know would result into a grow out. It’s effect on tiny bumps, on the other hand, is surprisingly fast! I just put the gel once, left it on overnight and the tiny bumps which were very noticeable flattened and dried out immediately.

Overall, this is a good product. It’s very affordable and it works well if used continuously. But although this is the case,
A good skin care routine is also a must!

Kind of Drying and Didn't Notice a Huge Difference

My son was the one to try this free sample I received. He was excited to try something to try and help deal with his acne. He applied it properly every day for a month. He said it went on okay but it ended up being a bit drying. He said it didn't seem to make any difference at all. I personally thought though that his acne seemed less inflamed. He didn't have any real complaints though, just that it didn't seem to help. But being a teen maybe his acne is more stubborn? It also seems like quite a small tube for how much it costs. If it worked better maybe it would be worth it? I am pretty sure I wouldn't recommend this to someone, but if they have tried everything else I may suggest it in case it would work for them.

Amazing Acne Gel

Benzagel worked great for my 14 year old son who tends to get a lot of breakouts in his T-Zone. Although the tube is small, a little goes a long way. It’s absorbs well into the skin and works great for spot treatments. We did notice a little redness and a small amount of dryness in the first week, but that resolved and we haven’t noticed any since. It helped clear break outs on my son’s nose where he gets them the worst. Within 2 weeks the break outs on his nose were noticeably smaller and less red. Would definitely recommend this Gel!

Worker awesome

I used this on my teenage son who suffers from bad acne. We have tried multiple diffrent acne creams and this one has by far worked the best. Cleared this skin up right away.
I will definitely be purchasing a full size bottle
