Absorbs well with a strong scent!

This BiOSS antiseptic skin cleanser was great value compared to some other brands, and yet it absorbed well into the hands and didn't leave any unwanted residue or stickiness. The scent is very strong once applied, but it is a pleasant lemon smell. It contains 75% ethyl alcohol, so it surpasses the 60% alcohol content advised by the CDC. Perfect product when not practical to wash hands with soap and water, so can be kept in the car when out shopping.
