I commented to a friend that my lips were chapped and the softlips balm I was using wasn't making a difference. He suggested I try lip medex and I'm thankful I did. I applied a thick layer before bedtime and a layer this morning and my chapped lips are almost gone! I bought the little tub of it but it also comes in a stick. It has a nice cooling/tingling feel and doesn't feel waxy unlike some other balms. It feels like it absorbs really well on my lips. The price was $2.72 at Walmart which isn't bad at all.

I found it pretty similar to carmex just not as thick. It still did the job of healing my chapped lips. Although the potted carmex doesn't bother me, this one did. I don't really know why, I guess because it wasn't as dense I found left my fingers more greasy.
