Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment has been in my family's medicine cabinet for as long as I can remember. I love the smell and how it makes my lips feel. I use it everyday before I go to bed and never have chapped lips or any other problems. I recommend Blistex to my friends and work collegues all the time!

Blistex is the only lip ointment i would used. I find that it work really fast and leave the lips with the right amount of sheen.

This is the ONLY Lip chap that heals my dry lips during the season change. As much as I hate having a type of lip product on my lips, this stuff actually helps with my draw and peeling lips! I highly recommend it always.

I cannot stand this product. I always hear people talk about Blistex when they have chapped lips, so I decided to test it out for myself - during the winter. It went on smoothly, and everything was fine (except that my lips started to feel a little numb, and a little warm) - until my boyfriend started laughing at me. The lip ointment seemed to go on quite thick, so my lips were beige.. and it was sooo embarrassing! I'd never purchase again.

This stuff works wonders if you have a cold sore. When I get them, I hate them, but I slather on this stuff & within 2-3 days the cold sore has vanished! The downside is that since the product is white, when slathering on a thick amount on ur lips, it does show & looks ridiculous but if you put it on half an hour to an hour from going outside, then 'll have no worries, it dissolves as the minutes tick by. But if you want a cheaper product, that works, I'd say choose Blistex Medicated lip ointment :)

I found Blistex to burn my lips (not in the good tingling way) and had me addicted to applying it numerous times throughout the day. After finding out all the toxins in Blistex ( from sites like this one and from others - http://www.natural-skincare-authority.com/blistex-lip-balm.html) I immediately dumped this product and never looked back. I am very careful when using products that go on my face especially my lips and always read the label to avoid any hazardous products.
