I really enjoyed testing this sunscreen. It doesn’t feel tacky or sticky and has pretty much no smell. It lasts a good long while as well! No need to worry about if your skin is safe or not.

We purchased this based on a few areas that we will be visiting on our cruise as they require the special sunscreen lotion that keeps coral reefs safe. I have not used it yet, but I’ve heard great things about it and keeping our ocean safe, indeed, is a must.

Sensitive Skin Approved

Great Sunscreen

Great sunscreen! I highly recommend it. The sprays easily and absorbs super fast. My skin does not feel like I am wearing sunscreen. There are no odor or scent that I noticed. You can easily lock the top so you can carry it with you and don't accidently spill sunscreen everywhere. I know my daughter would steal this from me. She prefers to spray on sunscreen than the lotion one. Once you spray on the sunscreen, a quick rub, then you are ready to go outside. I also like the spray sunscreen if I need to reapply. It is so much easier.

Reef Safe doesn't equal skin safe

Before opening the bottle to use I ran it through a safe product evaluation. While I do like that Blue Lizard Sunscreen is an SPF 50, and is reef safe, there are chemicals in it that are risky to our overall health. Since it is a mineral sunscreen I was surprised about this information. Upon this discovery I made the informed decision not to use the product on myself or my children.

I've been using Blue Lizard SPF 50 Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The spray formula makes application super easy and quick, especially when I’m at the beach or on the go. I have very sensitive skin, and this sunscreen didn’t cause any irritation or breakouts — a huge win!

loved this sunscreen! Absolutely amazing sunscreen! Love that it’s not cold when it’s sprayed on, and it’s very light feeling! It has a subtle twist top, very sleek bottle to throw in a pool/beach bag.non toxic and not sticky. Love the spray and has no scent! Goes on easily, great for little ones as well as for whole family! he packaging was great and the spray had very little scent at all. Love the protection without all the chemical.

Great product

I took it to a lake day over the weekend and it was 30C. I did not have any sunburns or redness. I did go in the water and the product stayed on my skin, which is fantastic! The only downside for me is that it leaves a white mark where you spray, needing to spread it with your hands, while some of the competitors are transparent.

Safe, Efficient and Effective

I recommend the blue lizard sunscreen for two things. First is it's content: Aloe and minerals which are safe and healing ingredients for the human body. Secondly, the product doesn't leave white casts on the skin and is quite moisturising. The softness of the skin is still felt hours after application. In the two weeks that I have used this product, it didn't affect my skin colour nor did my skin react negatively to its content.
