Lightweight, Long-Lasting, Easy to Apply

I received the opportunity to try Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen courtesy of Butterly in exchange for my honest review. This mineral spray sunscreen comes in SPF 50 and is designed for sensitive skin. The top has a locking mechanism to protect it from going off when thrown into your bag. The product sprays a generous area at a time as a fine mist. It initially shows white on your skin so it is easy to see where you are covered, but it absorbs quickly when rubbed in. The non-greasy spray formula makes it easy to get all of the hard to reach places. This product also provides 80-minutes of water resistance.

Cream and spray sunscreen combined

This spray sunscreen is more like a cream and spray sunscreen combined. It spray actually comes out white and then must be rubbed in similar to a cream sunscreen. Once rubbed in, the sunscreen becomes transparent. I do like that it is scent-free and is a mineral sunscreen. My kids did not like having to rub it in. I had a chance to review a free sample of Blue Lizard Sensitive SPF 50 Sunscreen from Butterly. Such an easy application. Once rubbed in this mineral sunscreen leaves no white cast and no greasy after feel. Perfect for the whole family!

This is a mineral sunscreen spray that offers a whopping SPF 50 UVA and UVB protection. The spray is to help make the application easier, by expelling the product evenly and have a dry finish. It offers 80 minutes of water resistance, and is made without chemical active ingredients (like Oxybenzone or Octinoxate) which makes it vegan friendly and Reef friendly.

I enjoy the packaging, it's sleek and thing so it can be put into a bag easy, and it's lockable nozzle makes it mess proof! No accidental spillage of Sunscreen in your stuff!

You have to ensure to shake the heck out of the bottle before you spray, otherwise you can end up with some splotches and uneven application. But it does spray evenly, though I feel there's a lot of product lost to the air. Rubbing it into the skin was easy, and it does dry down without any oily or greasy feeling. My skin felt nourished without that heavy film residue that most sunscreens can leave. My favorite part was that this didn't have a heavy scent; for a mineral sunscreen, that's pretty huge in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoyed this, the fact that the packaging it's really nice, the application was easy, no gross smell, and my skin felt really good! 👌
This is something I can definitely wear everyday as part of my normal skincare routine!

Great Sunscreen Overall

The Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Spray SPF 50 is a great sunscreen for summer. It’s lightweight, easy to apply, & dries quickly. My skin feels nourished while applying the spray sunscreen. It’s water resistant for upto 80 minutes, which is great. The only issue I had was that the spray would get stuck and stop working after a week. It’s hard to spray the product out. I tried twisting the knob around, shaking it just a little product sprays out. Overall is a good sunscreen for outdoors! Product received by Butterly for my honest review!

Perfect soothing sunscreen for sensitive skin!

I’m in love with this sunscreen! Hands down the best soothing sunscreen i have ever used on my sensitive, oily & acne-prone skin 🩵 Love that this has zero white cast and has skin friendly ingredients such as organic aloe!! It doesn’t get greasy like most of the sunscreens out there. AND is reef-friendly 🫶🏻

Favorite brand!

I was lucky enough to receive BLUE LIZARD SENSITIVE SPRAY SPF 50 for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I've been a fan of this brand ever since I've tried Blue Lizard Kids Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50, and the spray did not disappoint. Good spray nozzle, no white film, easy application, quick absorbtion, no weird smell, and doesn't sting the eyes when we get sweaty. I sadly haven't had the opportunity to try it at the beach (the absolute test for any sunscreen, in my opinion), but it did a great job on the soccer field. Blue Lizard is my absolute favorite sunscreen brand, and I'm looking forward to trying more products from them. Thank you Blue Lizzard and Butterly!

Beach bag necessity

Mineral sunscreens can be hit or miss. This is the first Blue Lizard product I’ve tried and I’m seriously impressed. SPF 50+ is always my go to so I love that it comes in a spray version (however the brand also offers other formulas of spray isn’t for you!) What stands out the most is how incredibly fast it absorbs, and how it feels like a dry spray?! At first use it reminded me of a dry shampoo but for your skin!! No more waiting around in the shade for sunscreen to sink in. I also love that it doesn’t have a scent, and no greasy feeling or white cast. I've tried a lot of spray sunscreens, and this one is easily one of the best. It will be a summer staple!

Mineral sunscreen that actually spreads!

My kids have sensitive skin and this mineral sunscreen has been great! Highly recommend. I applied it to my shoulder that always burn and this sunscreen protected me so well!
