Blue Lizard is my Go-To!

I have loved Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen since trying their original lotion, so when given the opportunity to try the spray version I was very excited! Love that it's easy to apply and dries clear. I still prefer the lotion application, as I don't like the extra spray getting on the floor, but if you are a spray sunscreen person this is for you!

Sunscreen spray

I’ve been using the Blue Lizard SPF 50 spray for sensitive skin, and here’s what I think:

👍 What I Like:
• Great for sensitive skin – It doesn’t cause any stinging or breakouts.
• Mineral-based – Uses physical blockers like zinc oxide, which is gentle and effective.
• Broad Spectrum SPF 50 – Protects well against both UVA and UVB rays.
• Water resistant (80 minutes) – Stays on well during walks or short swims.
• Easy spray – The spray bottle makes it quick to apply, especially for hard-to-reach areas.
• Soothing feel – It has organic aloe, which feels calming on the skin.

👎 What Could Be Better:
• A bit white at first – Like many mineral sunscreens, it leaves a slight white cast at first, but it blends in better after rubbing.
• Spray can gets cold – When you spray, the can feels very cold, which can be surprising!
• Strong spray pressure – Be careful not to spray too close, or it can go on thick.

💡 Tips:
• Shake well before using.
• Rub in after spraying for even coverage.
• Good for daily use, especially if you’re outdoors a lot.

I'm In Love!

I absolutely love using this sunscreen. I have always heard about Blue Lizard but never got the chance to find it until now. When sprayed it does come out white, however when rubbed into my skin, no white cast and just a beautiful, glowing finish. No irritation for my sensitive skin and no eye watering scent! When sweating, you don't even notice it is on like other brands because it doesn't start to "melt off" or sit on top of your skin to come off. It absorbs very well into the skin which reassure me that I am getting proper protection from IV rays. I love that it is reef friendly by having no octinoxate or oxybenzone. Felt great on my face as well. After it dried, I could apply my makeup on top of it and everything stayed. Overall, a great sunscreen and will definitely be using this brand as my go to every day, rain or shine.

Lightweight and non greasy

A non-greasy sunscreen that absorbs quickly! I have been using the spray almost daily for about a week. I love that it get absorbed so well and does not leave a white cast.

PERFECT SUNSCREEN NO WHITECAST

Such a lightweight, beautiful sunscreen that leaves no white cast I loved using it, and I was able to reapply without any white cast or peeling. I would buy this over and over again, especially for travel and hot summer days.

Great for Kids

A great choice if you have sensitive skin or prefer mineral sunscreens. Rubs in really easily which is excellent for kids, great for outdoor activities, and those avoiding chemical SPF ingredients.

My only negative would be the lid, it turns too easily that it makes it super hard to spray and sometimes you end up missing the area you are spraying.

Perfect for Summer

I have super sensitive skin and this was great coverage, no breakouts, no or minimal scent as far as I could tell. It was so easy to use in small spaces too because of no incredulous or nauseous scents. Worked great and lasted long. Worked great, easy to apply.

AMAZING for sensitive skin!

Blue Lizard Sunscreen totally did themselves with this one... I couldn't love it more! Typically, I have a really difficult time wearing sunscreen, especially on my face, because I really dislike the smell of sunscreen, on top of the fact that it tends to make my eyes water. Blue Lizard Sunscreen for sensitive skin is completely sent free, and absorbs into the skin super quickly! I love the spray application of this product, and will definitely be purchasing the sunscreen for sensitive skin in the cream form as well for easier application to my face, but for now, I have been spraying this into my hands and rubbing it into my face prior to my daily make up application and I'm able to last all day successfully! Looking forward to beach days this summer using the Blue Lizard Sunscreen for sensitive skin!

New Australian Sunscreen

I really like this free sunscreen from Butterly to test out. It went on so smooth and clear. You definately know there is aloe in it. Its SPF 50 which works for me. It isnt greasy and applies easily. I also like you have a choice for sensitive skin as well.
