Great Spray Sunscreen

Great mineral sunscreen. Most mineral sunscreen leave white cast on dark skin but this sunscreen absorbed quickly into my skin without leaving any white cast.

Very light texture which i love! Dosent leave a white cast like most sunscreens do. Affordable price and has no smell unlike most brands! Would def recommend to ptjers

Smells great and light on skin

I received this product free from Butterfly to review and as someone with very fair skin I really enjoy this product, light weight on my skin, doesn't have that usual sunscreen scent. Sprayed onto my skin and absorbed within seconds.

I did a little research on this product before using and it is recommend by multiple dermatologist, and the price is even cheaper then some of your more common sunscreen names

Truly a product for sensitive skin like mine

I have tried many different brands of sunscreen over the years that claim to be for sensitive skin however I still had issues when using them. I look for products that are free from parabens and fragrances. My skin tends to get dry quite quickly when using SPF products causing it to look aged and damaged. I have always used lotion SPF creams which I find annoying to apply so I was extremely happy to receive the Blue Lizard Spray. I find the spray SPF products so much more convenient, fast and easy to apply especially when at the beach. I travel to Cuba 3 or 4 times a year, so I am always buying sun protection. Being on the beach and having a spray sunblock is the best option for me because I don't find it stick to your skin as much and then causes sand to stick to it as well. The Blue Lizard Sensitive Spray rubs in very well to your skin and doesn't cause a messy residue like some other lotions I have used in the past. Since I spend a lot of my time at the beach, I love that this spray is water resistant, so I don't have to continue to apply constantly. I will enjoy my next month trip to Cuba so much knowing I can bring this product with me and stay in the water for 80 min at least! I am a firm believer in UV protection so the SPF 50 is perfect as it will keep me well protected on my trips and while here at home doing fun things outside.

Lightweight and messy-free

I got to try the sunscreen from Blue Lizard and I love that it's SPF of 50. With UV so harsh these days, it's good that I have a sunscreen that has a high SPF. I really like the bottle design, especially when there's a turn-click spray cap. Easy to keep my sunscreen in my bag and not worry that it will accidentally spray. The cap also turns colour which is really cool. I applied it on my body and it's great that it doesn't feel heavy or greasy.

A red heads dream

As a fair skin ginger, I rely on SPF on a daily basis. Blue Lizard has been a game changer for me. It dries quickly, it did not leave the greasy after most sprays leave and I feel fully protected. The sensitive mineral formula really keeps my skin from breaking out and I love that it is reef friendly. After trying out this brand I have tossed my other sun lotions to the side and made Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral my go to!

Perfect Coverage

This is the perfect mineral sunscreen. It's fast and easy to apply, but doesn't feel greasy or leave any white streaks. My skin is quite sensitive and I didn't have any problems at all. I play softball and although I was working up a sweat the coverage stayed during my game. My sunburns don't usually show until I return indoors but because I was evenly sprayed I did not have a burn. There is a minimal scent and it did not irritate me like other sunscreens do. I love that it's mineral based!

Good Quality Sunscreen For Sensitive Skin

This sunscreen is okay. Even though it's a spray you still need to rub it in because it goes on really thick and white and still leaves a pretty thick white cast even after rubbing in. It is really hard to get off, which is good and bad. On the one side it stays on when sweating and swimming, on the other, I scrubbed twice in the shower with a loofah and I could still feel it on my skin when I got out.

Overall, it protects from the sun, stays on even when wet, and fewer chemicals to worry about bleaching the reefs, but it has a heavy white cast, and it's really hard to get off at the end of the day. I think the quality of sun protection is worth the cons, but the best sunscreen is the one you'll use so if any of that sounds too uncomfortable for you then maybe try something else.
