I had tried these and didn't feel like they worked for me. They didn't really help me through out the night, I am sure everyone has different effects to this product.

This are kind of awkward to wear but if you can get past that they do work great for being able to sleep all night when your sick

I decided to try these strips while suffering my last cold. I was skeptical, but no more. I was amazed by how I could breathe through my nose and sleep with my mouth closed!!

Received a sample and husband tried the strips. He definitely feel he is sleeping better. After the sample was used, he purchased a box of stripes. Just a bit on the pricey side.

these are great to use during a cold. It really helps with congestion.

My husband uses these because he snores and my quality of life has greatly improved. A funny story, when my husband and I woke up one morning I asked him when during the night he put a breathe right on' he replied that he didn't. I was confused because he was wearing one and then in walks our four year old daughter who said during the night daddy's snoring was bothering her so she put one on for him!

i loved this product i got to sleep finally with out having to fall asleep first it was so nice and i will continue to buy this and use them from now on

It clears your nostril passages right away, but good luck keeping it on while you sleep. Kept falling off for me.

it helps to stop the snoring and as an added bonus removed blackheads
