This is a product from Bute Island foods. They are a vegan cheese company. Out of all the vegan cheeses I have tried, THIS IS THE BEST. It has sharpness, it has density--which is something I look for in a sharp cheddar. I definitely recommend it. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is because it doesn't taste EXACTLY like cheddar--but it is the closest I've tasted in the vegan variety.
