Butterball Turkey Bacon

Surprisingly flavourful and crisp for turkey bacon! The applewood smoked taste adds a lovely depth, and it pairs perfectly with eggs and avocado for a healthier breakfast. It’s lean, not greasy at all, and cooks quickly. I just wish the slices were a little thicker, but overall, it’s a great alternative to regular bacon and a guilt-free treat I’ll be buying again.

Classic turkey bacon, can't go wrong

This turkey bacon is really good. It is lean, healthier and has less calories but it is moist and delicious. I don't miss my usual bacon at all. It is quick to cook and it is perfectly salted so it can be eaten by itself or in a dish or sandwich! I would definitely recommend this turkey bacon.

Juicy Bacon

Turkey Bacon is smoky, savory & crisp when cooked. A lighter alternative to traditional bacon. I like that it was not as greasy, fatty or salty like other types of bacon.

Delicious bacon that’s a healthier option!

I’m not usually a fan of non-pork styled bacon, but this turkey bacon is actually quite delicious! Even my husband and 6 year old loved it! No grease though, so be careful when cooking in a frying pan, low heat is best.

Definitely not bacon

The turkey bacon looks like deli ham when raw; I wanted to eat it uncooked on a cold deli sandwich. Rather than the standard thin 1 inch width-sized strip of meat, these are closer to 3 inches wide. It looks and smells like deli ham. If you're a bacon enthusiast, this will not do it for you. The turkey bacon does not get crisp and it gets tough the more you cook it in the pan. Unlike the pools of fatty grease classic bacon renders there is absolutely no fat when cooking this turkey bacon. Most importantly, this does not taste like bacon - everything about this product screams HAM. If you're looking for a ham alternative then this is good but it is definitely not bacon.

Best Turkey Bacon

We really liked this turkey bacon and it was our first time trying this brand. The switch from regular bacon is easy when it tastes this good. The Applewood Smoked flavour was delicious but not too much and the slices are actually real meat and not just full of fat. Also a bonus that it’s gluten free. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re in the market for something new for breakfast.

Yummy!

I received this product free for testing purposes from Butterly! This bacon was okay! It cooks up fast and doesn’t use a lot of grease so it’s better for you but it’s processed! There is a ton of it in the package enough for 3 pieces for 4 people twice! We had it with French toast and on a BLT! It does taste like bacon and it has a really good flavour! But you aren’t supposed to overcook it so you can’t make it crispy so it’s very chewy! My family liked it but I don’t think we would buy it again just because it’s not crispy and was really chewy and kind of hard to eat!

Delicious

We had the Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon with breakfast this morning and it was delicious. It had the perfect amount of smokiness and added an elevated taste to our breakfast sandwiches. I like this healthier option. I was able to easily find the Turkey Bacon in the refrigerated section at both Walmart and The Superstore. Will definitely buy again!
