The Turkey bacon was delicious! The pieces cooked really fast and evenly on the stovetop, I would definitely buy these again as a leaner, healthier option to pork bacon. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

My new favourite bacon!

This bacon is DELICIOUS! Not only is it gluten free.. it is also a high source of protein and is 85% less fat than regular bacon. I put it in my air fryer and it tasted delicious. The subtle applewood smoked taste makes this turkey bacon uniquely delicious.

A good substitute

I cooked it to the specs on the packaging. Pieces are large and keep shape well. I hadnt tried the Applewood smoked turkey bacon before. I found it a bit salty and not quite smokey enough but was an okay substitute for real bacon, I would probably chop it up next time and put it in my omelette instead of leaving it whole.

Tasty Healthier Bacon Option

I received the opportunity to try Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon courtesy of Butterly. This product is easy to make and less messy than pork bacon. It conveniently comes in a resealable package and has the ability to be stored in the freezer. This product has a tasty flavour (salted meat taste similar to pork bacon) as well as a similar texture. It has less fat than pork bacon making it a healthier alternative. It is perfect on its own or great in a sandwich. Not too salty!

Love these as there are not too salty as it is usual with bacon! Also the taste is really great, and I will be incorporating these in my breakfast more often than not!

Crispy alternative

Great alternative from pork bacon. I like the low fat content in this bacon as opposed to regular pork bacon. You can definitely taste the difference, but it was a healthier difference that I much prefer to stay with my children It was very easy to make, turned out really crispy and had a nice flavor. The kids loved it.

Healthier option for bacon, less fat!

Butterball turkey bacon is now an addition to my pantry. Ideally used for quick breakfast meals but its real superpower is how it elevates simple weeknight meals. I love using it in a quick pasta dish—I love how it crisps up perfectly in the pan, mixed it with some mushrooms, broccoli, and mix it all in with cooked spaghettini. It adds a salty, smoky depth that makes a regular pasta dish feel special without overly greasy. Which is very important for me who is wattching fat/cholesterol intake as it is 85% less fat compared to the regular bacon.
