This was our first time trying Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon and the whole family really like it. We have always loved turkey bacon, especially from butterball. This bacon if you put it in the air fryer for nine minutes on 350 will crisp up just like real pigs bacon and absolutely delicious and the best thing is you’re not having all of those extra fats that you would typically get from a pig bacon.

Excellent Flavor!

Added the Crisp Turkey bacon grilled perfectly on our grill to the Franks dogs.

It added just enough flavor, but not overwhelming and lovely that there was next no no grease so the buns stayed firm.

Of course, we had pieces on the side as well. I personally love to dip in ketchup while my family thinks I’m weird for this.

A Tastey Twist on Breakfast

I picked up the Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon and used it in a breakfast scramble the other morning, and honestly, I really liked it. It cooked up nicely, added a good smoky flavor, and didn’t make the pan super greasy like regular bacon does. The texture is a bit different than pork bacon, but once it’s mixed in with eggs and veggies, it works perfectly.
What I liked most is that it still gave me that bacon taste without feeling as heavy, so I didn’t feel weighed down after eating. I can see myself using it again for quick breakfasts or even throwing it on a sandwich.
