The thing I love most about the bar is that it is fair trade chocolate. The taste is very creamy and delicious. I only wish they would make all of their bars with the same fair trade chocolate. You have to look for the fair trade symbol to know if it's fair trade.

Fair trade makes this product a little better than it actually is. I think the quality has gone down over the years.
