I had never heard of Cargo Eyeshadow until I received it in a monthly sample box. I received "Sausalito" Which is a nude pink on one side and a copper on the other.
This formula is by far the smoothest/ silkiest eyeshadow I have ever used. The colours are buildable so you can layer them for more intensity or wear it sheer if you like it that way. It applies very nicely.
You do not have to use a lot of product so it lasts a while. This will be a repurchase for me.
