I started buying healthier pasta for my daughter who has type 1 diabetes. Regular pasta spikes her sugars too much. I love the added nutrition that the ancient grains provide and she loves the taste! It's delicious and the whole family gobbles it up!

I received this product to review free as part of the chick advisor club! This tastes better than whole wheat Cattelli but not enough for me to switch. It still taste good and easy to make. My toddler didn't like this one but my adult son and husband liked it quite a bit.

This pasta was fantastic. We used it for a nice day when we had a pot roast. I made it into a cold pasta salad with some crisp veggies and a rich style dressing. The family ate it up. We really liked this. I served it with a fresh tomato sauce and fresh asiago cheese. It was sooo yummy. It's great that it incorporates other grains. I don't think pasta is the healthiest meal, but we all love it, so this ancient grains pasta makes me feel better about serving it!

I really like the concept of including all these nutritious ancient grains in a pasta, but you can definitely tell that it's not just regular pasta. For me, the grainier/coarser texture of the finished product wasn't an issue, but I can see how little kids might not go for it. I think that it's a good trade off knowing that I am eating a pasta that has more good for you ingredients in it.

The Rotini with 3 Peas & Pesto recipe using this pasta was a hit.

I am really liking all these innovative ideas that Catelli is coming up with to elevate the simple pasta.

I like pasta a lot especially the whole grain varieties.
And this Catelli Ancient Grains Rotinni are great: I love the texture and the way they taste with a homemade tomato sauce or just a fresh pesto and zucchini ribbons.

Thank you for the chance to try the ancient grains rotini, and for the goodies that came along with them(wooden spoons and hot pad. I found the rotini healthy, tasty and different and great to cook without sticking. Good source of fiber and healthy meal options. Will be added to my shopping list.
