I received this product from Chickadvisor's product review program. I'm always looking for a way to incorporate much needed grains into my families diet and this pasta was definitely a great way to do that. It was easy to cook with, tasted great with no weird texture to it. To my surprise my family ate it up with no complaints. This is a great product and will be purchasing it again in the future.

I made the recipe on the back of the box and my husband loved it (I added some Monterey and Parmesan cheeses). The taste was good but like others have said before me, the colour was a bit strange. My 10 year old thought the brown noodles were cool! I like the idea of getting more healthy choices into my family's diet and this could be one! I received a box of Catelli Ancient Grains Rotini for free to try, through the Chick Advisor program. I. Love. This. Pasta! It cooked in the same amount of time as the regular brand, but contains so much more good stuff - and my kids didn't even notice the difference! I would totally buy this, next time I go grocery shopping.

I received this free for review. I made this ancient grains rotini with a meat sauce and then baked in oven with some low fat cheese melted on top. It was a hit with my family. They did not even notice that it was a healthy pasta option. The texture is not as smooth as regular white pasta but not as "grainy" or chewy as some whole wheat pasta options. I really enjoyed it with the meat sauce and cheese. For my family this is the best way to serve versus plain with butter or olive oil. I will be purchase this in future and I highly recommend.

I couldn't believe when I opened the box the presentation was so wonderful.
Not only did I get to try a great product, and Catelli Ancient grains rotini didnt disappoint.
It had a great texture, tossed wonderfully with my tomato sauce and my kids ate it without realizes it was better for them.
And the gifts of the tongs was such a delight.

I like using products with as few ingredients as possible. I want my family to eat well, and pasta with added fibre helps us do this. These noodles were delicious, not too chewy or bland. They mixed well with the two sauces I had cooked.

Made this for dinner tonight and I'm beyond impressed. To be able to feed my family something full of nutrients makes me very happy. Great taste and texture. We will be purchasing this again soon.
