The salad star

Okay, this was a win. I made a fresh pasta salad with the Catelli PROTEIN+ Penne and was seriously impressed. The texture was perfectly al dente (no mushy noodles here!), and it held up beautifully with all the veggies and dressing. I love that it’s packed with plant-based protein—makes it super easy to sneak in some extra nutrition. This is 100% going to be my summer salad go-to.

The Catelli elbow pasta was really delicious. I love the fact that it is plant based protein and it is vegan. Quick and easy to make. I made macaroni and cheese which tasted so good.

My toddler loved this

I used this to make Mac n cheese for my toddler and she loved it so much! It did not seem like it wasn't regular elbow pasta! I will definitely be purchasing.

Delicious and filling

Loved this pasta. It was really tasty and knowing it’s packed with extra protein made me want to have a second helping.

My kids really enjoyed the pasta and when I told them it was really good for them too, they were not mad about it. I made the macaroni with a really simple pesto and it was eaten up.

I like that it’s packed with healthy protein made from chickpeas and lentils and that there aren’t artificial additives. Definitely adding this to my rotation.
