Perfect for homemade macaroni!

I was honestly surprised by how good this pasta is. The texture is really close to regular pasta, and you’d never guess it has extra protein. My picky eater loves it

The salad star

Okay, this was a win. I made a fresh pasta salad with the Catelli PROTEIN+ Penne and was seriously impressed. The texture was perfectly al dente (no mushy noodles here!), and it held up beautifully with all the veggies and dressing.
