Perfect for pasta salad

We love this elbow macaroni because it's so easy and quick to use! It only takes about 6 minutes until it is ready to use.
It doesn't look any different from regular elbow pasta but it has a nice protein kick to it.
I made pasta salad with it which was also super quick and easy to make. The added protein makes it great to eat as a quick snack at soccer or on a hike.
