I made chicken Alfredo with this product. It was delicious. The texture and tatste were great and no issues. It came to a boil and cooked really quickly and easily.

I used the Catell PROTEIN penne pasta to make a in the fly sausage veggies and pasta fish. The pasta cooked up quickly and I really loved that it held its shape really well. The extra 17g of protein made with 100% plant-based protein is an added bonus and had no impact on taste or texture. The pasta is certified vegan and non-GMO which is just one more thing to love about this pasta. This pasta will be a staple in my pantry from now on!!

Penne-tastic

This penne pasta is a staple Pasta and great for any side dishes. It's got classic pasta flavour with added protein bonus. It cooks just about the same as any other Pasta. The only concern I have is that it seems a bit more chewy than other pastas so if you prefer a soft Pasta this may not work out for you. Otherwise it's great for side dish or a entree itself. Easy to cook and easy to obtain at any major grocery stores.
