My family & I love pasta & Catelli has been a staple in our house for as long as I can remember. This penne pasta cooked in 9 minutes! As always, a great texture and tasted delicious! We made Red Pepper Alfredo Penne with Chicken and it was a major hit! The penne noodles were a perfect pairing for the recipe we picked. Tried the Catelli PROTEIN+ Penne and it did not disappoint! The texture held up beautifully — firm, but not too chewy. It soaked up the sauce perfectly and worked great in a baked pasta dish. Bonus points for the extra protein boost without any weird taste. Definitely a new pantry staple!

Great pasta with added nutritional benefits. I followed the suggested time on the package to cook the penne for 9 minutes and it came out al dente. It also works well with thick sauce.
