The Salad Star

Okay, this was a win. I made a fresh pasta salad with the Catelli PROTEIN+ Penne and was seriously impressed. The texture was perfectly al dente (no mushy noodles here!), and it held up beautifully with all the veggies and dressing. I love that it’s packed with plant-based protein—makes it super easy to sneak in some extra nutrition. This is 100% going to be my summer salad go-to.

Doesn’t taste like play doh
