Nous venons juste de déguster un plat de penne avec de la sauce spaghetti. Nous avons fait toute la boite et après 9 min de cuisson les pâtes étaient al dente comme on le dit si bien. J'ai remarqué que c'était pas mal plus nourrissant comme repas, car j'en ai pris pas mal moins que d'habitude. Nous allons très certainement en acheter d'autre car c'est bon pour la santé d'avoir un peu plus de protéines dans nos repas.

the claims are true, this really does taste like regular pasta! I enjoyed mine with a kale pesto, I found that I was really full afterwards, much more than I would be after eating regular, non-protein pasta.
