Tastes like regular pasta!!

I was afraid this would taste weird like gluten free pastas but I was pleasantly surprised! It really tastes like regular pasta! I made Casio de Pepe (spaghetti with pecorino cheese and black pepper so that I can really get a taste for the pasta and it was so good!!
I try to eat healthy and the fact that this pasta contains 17g of protein was great! I am definitely adding this to my regular meals when I feel like pasta.

Perfect

This product has no taste difference when compared to a traditional non plant-based option. Besides, a good pasta dish is all about the sauce. This pair perfectly with my sauce to create a flavorful protein packed dinner. The noodles held up well and cooked quickly. I feel good knowing I'm increasing my protein intake

Healthy & Delicious High Protein Spaghetti!

Firstly, I have to say this was one of my more delicious reviews! Testing out pasta? Sign me up! I was seriously impressed that this protein pasta holds true to the claim that it bas a “classic pasta taste” and does not taste like a “healthier” alternative. Also, it is incredible that one serving has 17g of protein! I used it to make four portions of a classic spaghetti and meatballs dish for my dinners! I definitely will be buying this pasta again to hit my daily protein goals for my meal preps- highly recommend to try it out for yourself!

Amazing product

Delicious and vegan approved!

To really put this product to the test, I cooked half a serving of regular Catelli spaghetti and half a serving of Protein+ together. And I could not tell the difference between the two! The flavour and texture is identical which was pleasantly surprising. I think this is a great choice for people who love a simple pasta dish but want to get an extra boost of vegan protein with their meal. I paired mine with a traditional pasta sauce and it was so tasty. I love this product line!

Bolognese with Extra Protein

I made a veggie Bolognese with this pasta. Since it has lots of protein on its own, I knew I wouldn't have to add red meat to the sauce. Other protein packed pastas I've tried before have an earthy taste. This pasta tastes just like other pastas. My family loved it.
