I recently had the opportunity to try Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti free through ChickAdvisor.
I made a variation of the recipe that came with it. Needing to feed 7 people, I figured that one box wouldn't nearly be enough, so I went and bought a second. Well, I shouldn't have. Even with my large family, there was leftovers for two days!
The pasta bulked up nicely, and was FILLING! Just a bit will do you.
The flavour was great; nobody could tell it wasn't plain white pasta.
I will definitely be adding this one to the grocery list.

This is our first time trying the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti product and we loved it! Now there's no need to hide or sneak the veggies on the kids plate anymore because they both enjoy it too!

I was excited to receive a free trial of this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. We eat a LOT of pasta in this house.

First, I was surprised how like regular pasta it looks, both uncooked and cooked.

We tried it first with absolutely NOTHING on it and I was impressed. Not only does it not taste like veggies, I actually prefer it. It's got a very "delicate" pasta taste, and was not gummy as some pastas can be. We tried it out with just some butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice and parmesan to give it a real taste test. Super good! My daughter the picky eater gives it two thumbs up.

I hope they can bring the price down to the the range of their regular pastas as that's my only concern.

The world veggies is usually the first deterrent in anything in my house but I have to say I was quite surprised by how easily they cooked, not sticky and the taste was better than expected

I got to try this product for free from Chickadvisor for being part of the Product Review Club. I was so excited to try this pasta, being that it's infused with veggies but I was nervous about the potential weirdness in taste an texture. I can honestly say that my family loved the Catelli Smart Veggie spaghetti when I used it with classical meat spaghetti sauce. I didn't tell them at first to see what their reaction would be and they didn't even notice but kept saying how good the pasta was. The taste and texture of the pasta is no different than the regular pasta except now they are healthier. I will definitely be buying this pasta from now on. Loved it!!!!

Catelli Smart Veggie is a great way of sneaking in the goodness of carrots and cauliflower into their diet without them suspecting anything. These are jammed packed with fibre, and a serving of vegetables in every 85 gram portion. Tasty, nutritious, and perfect to "fool" that picker eater of yours.
We really enjoyed the Catelli Smart Veggie spaghetti! The texture and taste is pretty much the same, but with the added benefit of fibre, and a half a serving of veggies! I will definitely be buying this again, as our family eats a lot of pasta!!

I received a full size box of Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti from #Chickadvisor Product Review Club to try out and review. My families response---buy that again!! It was a hit! The texture was perfect and the taste was on point. Sometimes the veggie incorporated pastas can begin to taste like veggies, but this one doesn't! Well done Catelli!

Loved the fact that my children knew it was a "veggie" pasta and had already decided they didn't like it even before they tried it........loved it!! I did find the texture to be different even though I boiled it longer than it said bu that won't effect my rating of it. My kids sealed the deal and I will be buying this from now.
