I cooked the spaghetti the day I received it as my 7 year old loves spaghetti. I am impressed that it cooked so well and didnt taste like too stretchy. Just nice and soft.

This was a household favourite. I cooked the whole box and not one noodle was left after dinner.
The kids didn't notice it was veggie pasta and I loved that it was a healthier alternative to traditional pasta.
I did notice it took a little longer then the suggested time to cook, close to 3-4 more.
Tasted just like regular pasta, I couldn't tell any difference.
It's good value for the quality and price. I will buy it again.

I received this product free as part of the product review club, and at first my picky husband did not want to try them for our family spaghetti night. I explained that it was my duty to review it, and he gave it a try.

After finishing his plate, my husband had to admit he did not see the difference with regular spaghetti and our meal was a success. The kids then asked what was different than regular spaghetti, and I showed them the box. They said the texture and taste were not different. The taste test was an overall success!

In conclusion, I would definitely buy these again!

I love pasta and this one was ok. It wasn't my favourite spaghetti but it tasted alright. My family thought it was ok as well. One of my kids didn't even notice it was a new kind!

This was the best spaghetti we've made at home. It was perfectly al dente with a tiny bit of chewiness to it. The hidden veggies weren't really noticeable at all, but really the texture of the cooked spaghetti is what sold us. It cooked up well, not sticky or starchy. We went out and bought two boxes on our next grocery run.

I'm always about trying to get more veggies and nutrients into my husband a toddler's diet since they are both "allergic" to veggies, and this was perfect! It tasted exactly like regular pasta, no weird texture or taste, and super easy to cook with. This is definitely a great product and I will be using this instead if regular white pasta.

Thanks ChickAdvisor for the free try of Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti - The texture is definitely different from standard pasta. Much heavier, and a little grainy. The taste is actually fairly decent, especially being a 'healthy' pasta. Others we have tried are nearly inedible, but the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti works - used for homemade spaghetti and meatballs - my Family did notice the difference (I didn't tell them first about changing the pasta). Both teenagers liked it - my youngest actually preferred it over white pasta - I liked it, would consider using it again, but likely would not use in a white sauce or pesto, because of the texture.
The cook was good - be careful though - a touch too long and it goes thick and starchy.

I was selected to try the product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I really like the taste and the texture of this pasta. And to make this even better, it has 1/2 serving of vegetables and non GMO. I will definitely be a customer of this product.
