I like tea sometimes but I prefer black tea. I will admit this tea smells good but I don't think it actually made me sleepy.

Este té tiene buen sabor. Ayuda a calmarse y relajarse. En mi casa hasta mis hijos lo han tomado para irse a la cama. Y lo q me dicen es que duermen muy bien luego de tomarse el té.

My mother in law gave me this as I was having trouble falling asleep. Surprisingly, I found this tea to be quite lovely and a nice hot cup of tea at the end of the evening helped me unwind and sleep easier. It was a light pleasant taste, and I didn't need to add much sugar to sweeten to my desired sweetness level.

Would recommend giving this tea a try if you are looking for help feeling more relaxed for a better night's sleep.

I enjoy this tea quite a bit. I'll drink it before bed or if I'm feeling stressed and need to unwind.

A very calming well-rounded flavor, I rarely add a sweetener. However I wouldn't say it makes me sleep any better.

I have every sleep-aid tea I've ever come across. This one works well for winding down; and is very yummy. Mm!

I can't honestly say that this tea helps me sleep or fall asleep better, but it does help to relax me and provides a nice warm feeling right before bed. Tastes great too.

This really helped me relax and ease the sleeping process. I have always struggled with sleep and I thought it was great. I worry because I read somewhere that there might be some not so good ingredients in it though.
