I love this tea, we always seem to have it at my house. It is tasty and soothing, I wouldn't say it helps you to fall asleep or anything but I think herbal teas tend to come with more of a relaxing setting where you can curl up and relax.
I know my parents bring it out at dinner parties with the coffee for those who eat too much and need a soothing tea.
You can often get it for even less than the suggested price, I know once or twice I have gotten it on sale for around 1$

I highly recommend this tea to anyone who has trouble falling asleep. This tea tastes amazing and has a very appealing smell. This tea calmed me and I was able to fall asleep in no time!

I dont drink tea very often, usually peppermint when Im not feeling well, but when i was having trouble sleeping I tried Celestial seasonings sleepytime extra wellness tea and it did the trick, very nice aroma that calmed me and it tasted great, no need to add honey!! This is a staple in my house now!

This tea is amazing. My mom bought me some at christmas time last year just to try it, and everytime It relaxed me and put me to sleep. It works so well, and the smell is incredible. Now everytime I drink it, it brings me back to when the christmas tree was lit up and we were all sitting on the couch watching movies

It tastes amazing. No need to sweeten it! Of course you could if you wanted too :) A little honey never hurts :) But I love this tea as is! :)

Celestial teas often go on sale at Walmart for great prices!I have always loved Sleepy Time its so relaxing to sit with a hot beverage before going to sleep especially during the cold winter months.Chamomile flowers, spearmint leaves, lemon grass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries, and rosebuds are the ingredients. You can really taste the chamomile and spearmint leaves love that flavor.So good on its own you don't need any sweeteners and its caffeine free.Its such a nice relaxing tea.Sweet Dreams....

This tea does what it sets out to do! If you have trouble sleeping at nights, this does the job. This past September, I was in a wedding party. As you can imagine, the night before the wedding there was a house full of high strung, anxious and over giddy females. Everyone was afraid that we were not going to get any sleep! Our plan was to be sleeping by 9pm since the company coming over to do hair and makeup was scheduled for 4am!! At 11pm everyone was still wide awake and restless. I brewed sleepytime tea for everyone and within 30 minutes, we all were out cold and had a great rest for the long, yet beautiful day ahead.

I used to have this tea all the time when i was little, and ihave had problems sleeping lately so i figured id give it a try welllllllllllllll.................... I am amazed it tastes as good as it smells and i diddnt even have to add honey it is the only tea iv ever had that i diddnt have to. I did however have problems finding it 3 out of 4 diddnt carry it. as for effectiveness i drank it an hour before i went to bed and I was asleep no problem its my new fav drink

One of my favorite times of the day is sipping/savoring a good cup of tea on my own. I like the quiet alone time. Call me a tea connoisseur. I love tasting different varieties and flavors. I've been drinking Sleepytime for years, & it's wonderful stuff. It's a mixture of herbs & flowers, primarily chamomile & spearmint. The flavour is light & soothing. It's particularly good for relaxing after a long day, although I have to make sure to time it properly, as the product does live up to its name. When I have trouble sleeping, this is one of my standard remedies.

I'm also very fond of the bear family that graces the package. They look so peaceful & content in front of their fireplace that it makes me want to put on my own nightcap & curl up in a warm place.
