Irritates skin

Even tho my skin is not from sensitive type this cleanser is burning my skin and leaves it irritated and red. However it cleans make up off and leaves skin clean and refreshed. But I can’t use it so that’s why I would not recommend and would not buy.

Normal/dry to oily combination skin.

I have acne and acne scars on my forehead, and this product has helped it so much! I use this cleanser 2x a week for exfoliation, and the next morning my pimples minimize! When first using, this my cheek area turned red, but I didn't feel any irritation. After a few uses, my skin didn't turn red anymore! I love this cleanser because of how gentle and nice it feels! Great product and price!

Obsessed!

Hands down, this is the best face wash I have purchased/used in the past year (at least!). I have very sensitive skin, and therefore I can always tell when a face wash is stripping my skin (I'll feel dry & almost rubbery), but this is the first face wash I have used that allows my skin to still feel hydrated prior to moisturizing. I have also seen a significant reduction in my active acne (however I also use other products as well), in the past two weeks of owning, and cant wait to see future results. Lastly, its fragrance free and non comedogenic, and has ceramides + other additional benefits in it as well!

Gentle Cleanser

CeraVe is definitely a gentle cleanser. I have combination skin and it suits my skin. The only issue I face is that the effect of the cleanser does not stay for very long.

Best face wash for acne strugglers

I have tried so many cleaners over the past few months and nothing has made my skin feel so smooth and help my acne so much as this one has. It’s magic. And because the salicylic acid is in a wash off part of your routine, you’re able to use it everyday without it being too harsh on your skin

Great cleanser!

I started buying this Cerave cleanser a few months ago when my daughters asked for a cleanser with salicylic acid. This cleanser has no fragrance so I was willing to try it. I am so happy because it works great. It is mild but effective and my girls’ skin has never looked better. We all use it - myself and my 14-year and 18-year old daughters. This cleanser keeps our skin soft, clear and glowing.

A Holy Grail Product

This product is beyond amazing. I had started using it because of Skincare by Hyram on Tiktok. I was still not expecting it to be as good as he said. My skin is clear and SO SMOOTH

Using it with CeraVe Renewing SA Cream

I started using the CeraVe SA renewing cream for the body and have seen a big improvement on the bumpy skin or "chicken skin on my arms. I have started using this cleanser on the affected area to see if it will expedite the results. I have used it on my face, but the area I am more concerned with is my arms. It's an expensive body wash but I only use on my problem area.

Won’t use anything else!!

This cleaner will always be a staple in my skincare routine. This cleanser is super gentle and doesn’t strip my skin. I love that it’s fragrance free.

Best drugstore cleanser!

This is my favorite drugstore cleanser I've ever used! It has a thick gel like consistency, which works well with my spin brush. What I love most about is after rinsing it off, it doesn't leave my skin with a squeaky/dry feeling, but actually leaves it feeling hydrated. It would be a 5/5 for me but, I give it a 4.2/5 only because I wish it were fragrance free but other than that I would definitely buy it again.
